After being assigned to my company’s Houston office, I was fortunate to find Shelley’s condo unit available. The condo fit my needs perfectly. It is approximately five miles from the Galleria area easily accessible via several direct routes. The unit is a perfect size for one or two people. Since it appears to have been recently renovated, everything is in tip top shape. The furnishings are perfect and the kitchen well stocked with everything required. I especially appreciate the in-unit washer and dryer. Shelley has been extremely easy to work with and the only issue I had (with the dishwasher) was resolved in short order. Having a reserved parking space is also a nice convenience. The property is well maintained, secure and quiet. The location is close to several shopping centers. Since my job has required me to do extensive travelling, I rate this unit as the best I’ve rented, extremely convenient and a tremendous bargain. Truly a home away from home.

The property is completely remodeled and tastefully furnished as depicted in the photos and description online. The kitchen and bath are very well stocked with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The property was clean and all of the electronics worked perfectly. The owners are extremely easy to work with as well. I highly recommend this property.

I stayed here for 10 months after I was relocated by BP to Houston from overseas. I can highly recommend this property. The furnishings and linens are high quality and much better than corporate apartments where I have stayed. The grounds are well maintained and it is lush with trees and plants. Not much noise to speak of and many of the residents own their condos and have been here for years. Shelley, the owner/landlord was so responsive to any request and goes out of her way to assist with any problems or issues (really they were very few). She responds promptly to texts and calls and I have never had a better landlord. The location gives you easy access to the Beltway and Memorial area. You really can't go wrong with this place!

I rented this property for 3 months. I absolutely loved it and would most definitely stay here again. It was clean, modern, and the location was perfect. I have rented other furnished units in the past however Shelley did not leave any element untouched. It was move in ready, all you need are your personal belongs. The complex itself is quiet. The neighbors are friendly and politely. I had no problems with parking. Shelley was always available via phone, text, or email. She was prompt in her response and met the minimal needs that I had in no time.

My family came to visit me during the summer (parents and sister with two little girls). I contacted Shelley and she was really helpful to expedite the renting process. My family stayed there and had ample space for every one, the girls were extremely happy going to the pool in the afternoons and the grownups spent most of their time shopping in the renovated Baybrook Mall (a terrific place for shopping and dine in) and the outlet that is nearby. The distance to many places like Kemah boardwalk, Galveston Island, and NASA is stupendous. Grocery shopping is ease with the stores really close to the gated community. The house is fully equipped with all you may need to feel just at home. All is perfectly clean and it includes everything that you may need during your stay. My family was absolutely happy staying there and they are even planning to come back soon.

My Husband & I rented this property in January 2016. We live in Oklahoma and want to spend some time with our daughter and her family and still have our space. It was wonderful located gated area loved the security. My grandchildren spent nights and i was able to take them to school. House was very comfortable nicely furnished we hope to stay often.

Beautiful home on a quiet dead end road is perfect for hunkering down and getting to work. Easy access to the Sam Houston Parkway makes commuting a breeze! Outfitted with all the basics to make you feel at home whether you're staying for the weekend or a long work trip. 10/10 would recommend!!

Definitely was an amazing place for me to stay while working nearby. It was very clean and very roomy. I had everything I needed to feel at home. It is in a perfect neighborhood and extremely close to everything in town! Perfect for my stay in Pasadena.
